Well done!
Well done, the low carb diet is quite easy to follow once you get used to it
Good on you!
Excellent news, and good for you! π
Thatβs brilliant, I have mine down to 45 so still more work to do. Hopefully now my pred is down to 4mg I will do even better. I do find it hard to cut out bread though!

Hi you were one of the reasons I was so determined, when I saw how well you had done with your weight loss I thought I need to do this! ,so thanks for spurring me on. The nurse originally said they would recheck it after a year but she went with me when I asked to have it done before Christmas as I thought it would be more encouraging, and I am going to continue as Iβve got into a regime that works along with cooking for the family.Good luck with yours and hope that you are keeping well π
Well done!! What was the hardest thing for you?!!
Now down to 2 mg pred and weekly tocilizumab injections
