Continuing on the Dead Slow taper. Not feeling the steps down which is very pleasing. So tempted to go faster but must not.

Week 6 of The Fast 800 and Mark has lost 10.5 kg which is amazing. I have lost 7.8kg and have been stuck there for a week. I know that's normal for women let alone adding in the steroids! I went to the Dr last week and he was a little shocked when I asked to be weighed lol. I think he was impressed.

My HbA1c has come down .4% which I am so happy about. Maybe in another 6 weeks I'll be able to come off the meds for Diabetes.

I signed up to Race At Your Pace for December. I have pledged to walk 75 miles in December.

Finally, it's been a while since I posted a photo of Thea. I just love the look on her face. Her first experience of snow I think. Childhood is so full of magic.
