Don't have to worry about getting to the hospital here at present - no accompanying persons allowed! I have a struggle getting in as a carer at times!

I’ve always had this info and came in useful as hubby has Careline here in the UK - if they have to attend the house in my absence emergency services know where everything - even when I am there I just hand them the file.

For myself I carry a list of allergies/ reactions to medications. When it was a couple J didn’t bother but as the list grew to fill an A4 page the doctors liked it and had it scanned onto their system.

It helps with family too as they don’t have a clue otherwise!

Have joined some time ago and enjoyed going to the super meetings, hope they can soon start again I do find the other group using our PMR /GCA forum very puzzling.

I’m getting positive we’ll being in self isolation, as well as our usual PMR/GCA forum, I’ve tried to change it, but not very good with technology,it’s mixed with our usual PMR , and I can’t get rid of it,

Oh maybe you signed up to that at some point, I got fed up with it and left that community. If it's just showing as a post at the beginning of a normal PMR post I think you can just X it away. If you still can't make it go away I think that you can contact HU help.

I also bought myself a Red “Steroid Dependant” Wrist Band at the start of Lockdown for Covid incase of an Emergency, l don’t wear it generally it was just incase & l keep it handy in my Meds Drawer, with my updated Information.
