I’m still on Adcal despite being off Pred for over 3 years.

There is evidence that there is still an effect on bone density at 3mg - plenty of calcium is important even then.

I asked a pharmacist this recently and she said all the add ins like omeprazole, Adcal and Alandronic acid are usually carried on till you’re completely off pred.
