Petition - Calling on the Government to extend the furlough scheme for at risk people.

Hi everyone, you may have seen a recent announcement from the TUC and charities such as Age UK calling on the government to extend the furlough scheme for people at risk.

We too are concerned that when shielding guidance is paused, some people with PMR or GCA will be forced to make a choice between protecting their health or their income.

People with PMR or GCA who have been shielding have made great sacrifices over the last few months and they should not be at risk of losing their jobs and income if it is unsafe for them to return to work.

Alongside other charities, we're calling on the government to extend the furlough scheme for at risk people who cannot safely return to work.
