those are good. But I don't think I'd put up the over 70 one. just an invite for burglars~ ? we don't really need any....as we NEVER ANSWER the door. !!! people ring and ring and can SEE us sitting here on the couch. but I don't even look up! haha (or I hide if I see them coming!)
