Hi Everyone, I am back from Holiday and back down to 7mg Pred and not feeling too bad.

I had to go to see GP as still having problems with my knee. She thinks it’s a problem with my Patella Tracking ! ( no idea how I did this ) I’m waiting to see Physio now.

Anyone else had this ?

Love to all ❤️ Let’s hope storm Dennis isn’t too bad 💨 ⛈ ☔️

Holidays can give us a big boost.... I hope the stability stays, despite the unstable knee! Sometimes due to pain elsewhere we put more pressure on other parts of the body and injure them too. It makes sense in biomechanical terms. BTW... I know nowt about biomechanics. 🤣😂🤣

Shame we can't go to the garage and get our patella tracking sorted like they do our headlight and steering ...
