Please do, especially if you get headaches or feel sick..,, or just a bit weird.
I would get checked and if you feel dizzy or vomit then see Dr ASAP. I caused a dent the size of half a small marble a couple of years ago. I didn't realise for 2 weeks that I been a bit off it and thought whoops perhaps as I live alone I should have got checked. No blood and I still have the dent I can fit the end of my thunb in it like a little crater. 🤪
Oh yes. Always does. It was the very pointy corner of the upper cupboard.... Sadly they don't slam.... They slowly close so sweating was the only option. 😅
Ever since our kitchen was re-done (we had a trendy cooker-hood installed over the hob), I’ve managed to clout my head on the stainless steel corner when attempting to cook. Consequently, I have a good excuse to leave all that sort of thing to my 5ft tall wife..🤣
Ouchy. Fortunately I am short enough to miss my cooker hood too. I did do the other side of my head on the microwave a couple of months ago but fortunately a slight dent... My devil's horns cut out. 😈
Last year I left the grill door open for it to cool down, then bent down to feed the cat, caught the corner of the grill door with my glasses, cracked the lens. Lucky it wasn't my eye! Fortunately had insurance as they are complex lenses so repair was free.
I think you should see the doctor, if only to put your mind at rest. Any more symptoms and I would go to Accident and Emergency. A knock like that really shocks you. I remember bursting into tears a good hour after a full force head bump.
Thank you Jane. So far so good. No other symptoms yet, but I will get it checked if i do get problems, yes for my own peace of mind, I’m a worrier for sure.
You are spot on there, Jane - when I had my infamous stepladder fall (I did post at the time), I was truly shocked and it took what seemed like quite a time, to get a grip on what had actually happened!
