I have PMR

I was diagnosed in April 2019. Have been on Prednisone and it helped immensely. I am tapering slowly under care of rheumatologist. Thankful for Prednisone as it helped so much with the agonizing pain and was able to enjoy Life once more! It’s not fun having PMR but it is a life style wake up. Less stress, focus on health and mindfulness.
