Just a quickie!

Good afternoon everyone.

Thank you to those who gave me advice on Turmeric.

I started taking Turmeric last Friday and I don't know whether its coincidence or not but the last few days physically have been nearly normal for me. Can Turmeric work that fast or could it still be the Pred medication working - I wonder?

You will be pleased to hear my diet has also been very good - no sugar and only a little pizza yesterday as it was my sons birthday! Tummy didn't feel that clever this morning. I guess it is true you are what you eat!

Have a lovely afternoon one and all.

Fredddie.

In my view it'll be the pred finally getting on top of the existing inflammation. I seem to remember that if tumeric works it usually takes a month to 3 months like most supplements. Glad you are feeling better.

Be aware that Tumeric can affect your stomach. Unfortunately I can’t take it at all, it gives me really bad cramps!

Thanks for reply. Never knew it existed - will give it a go😊

I'm sure it's a combination of pred...the sensible diet...(and I'm willing to bet) the turmeric.

I realised I stopped taking mine when I started the pred in july (no idea why...I guess I expected the pred to be a complete "cure"

I have resumed it again. I have faith in it because it kept me ticking whilst I waited to be diagnosed!

So pleased to hear you are feeling better!
