Cheesed off

Each time I go into Health unlocked I have to sign in. I haven’t done this for a couple of years I usually go straight through is this a new law.? If it is I will just resign as it is such a nuisance even half way through reading a message it suddenly says sign in.

Hi,

I’m not having that problem. Maybe there was an update on your computer that changed your settings so try checking your settings. I know I occasionally clear out all my search history and after that I do have to sign in again.

I had a phase of this, then it resolved itself. I felt a bit paranoid. 😂 Report it.

It's just connected to the work they have been doing on the site for a few weeks now and nothing to be paranoid about. It affected the moderators and ambassadors as well. If it happens again just report it and let us know so that we can chase up if needed.

Thanks! This was before the days of ambassadors and moderators. So I did nothing and it resolved.

We did have an issue just a couple of weeks ago which drove us all mad but it got resolved quite quickly because people reported it. If we notice there is a problem we will.post to let everyone know. I just threaten my computer with a hammer!!

This shouldn’t be happening. Have you recently updated your internet provider or security provider?

If you don’t think problem is your end, please email support desk - go to footer and select Support, then Help Centre or Contact Us

No it's not a "new law". We have had numerous issues with IT whilst they have been working on the site. If you could report this problem to them they should be able to help. I and many other members had a problem like this just a couple of weeks ago but this was quickly resolved when reported.

Hi Perkey report it to Support@healthunlocked.com

As the others have explained there have been changes, so it may just resetting.

Kind Regards

Complain direct to HU if a clear out on your device doesn't sort it. I sometimes have an option for various passwords of "Remember me" which I do usually use but every so often that disappears into the ether too.

It's very annoying it happened to alot of us a few weeks ago but like with any website sometimes you have this happening for a day or two when you link back on after you haven't used it for a while.

If it keeps happening after a few days report it and they'll quickly work it out for you. It those little things that at least give us all proof that the system is being careful to keep us and our personal information secure.

I have had the same problem for several weeks. Reported it to the support team and was advised by Poopadoop to try logging off and on again which I did but nothing has changed. I also changed my password but i still have to sign in for every item I want to read. No change to my provider. Will take all your advice and go in again to support team and help centre

Thank you all for your suggestions.

It threw me off last weekend but then let me back on without logging in. No idea why except they are messing with the software. 🙄
