Help! My Lifesavers are missing!

Help!!!! Not getting posts again. 6/16, 6/17. Have been receiving daily for months, until this month. On and off. Thanks. They are my daily lifesavers.

Do you have the App on your phone? Or do you always link in via your email?

Apparently it’s been hit & miss for a couple of weeks & you really need to let IT Support know.

PS I don’t have the Daily Newsletter so l wasn’t aware of it, l have direct notifications plus l just open the App or my direct link to read the latest Questions.

You can receive a daily digest if you wish - I don’t bother because I get notification of all new posts and replies to everything I write - so assume lots of this would be repeated.

I don’t have it from choice & l change my settings on wether l’m Moderating or not, that way l don’t get overwhelmed with emails etc.

I have emails for New Posts in Moderating Days then the rest of the time l just open my App or Link & read the latest Posts, it’s what works for me really.

Can I just point out that we, as moderators, can't do any more than report it to HU, which everyone can do themselves. If everyone who is having such problems reports individually so they get a lot of emails, HU might start to wake up.

I go to each of the forums I use individually when I have notification problems. Here, if you go to the PMRGCAuk Homepage,

you will always find a list of latest posts. The daily digest only provides you with that anyway. For new replies you need to follow a thread - click on the Following just underneath the original post.
