Why is it that my PMR pain and arthritis pain fight each other during the night? I could cope better if they did it during the day!!!!π
Such a nuisance (for want of a better word). - PMRGCAuk
Such a nuisance (for want of a better word).
Oh I agree! It is a nightmare when you settle and immediately my body starts fizzing with pain. I have pillows under everything by the middle of the night. I also had a slip in the stairs yesterday so sore backside didn't help!
Oh dear! My backside is about the only thing that doesn't hurt! It hasn't got time as I am using it all day.πππ
I have to take the dog out today so off mine today.
You aren't thinking of anything else - distraction therapy is a bit difficult overnight!
Well, not really! Still the excitement of waddling to the loo a couple of times!!
Those middle of the night walks/ waddles..
That's probably the most exercise most of us get these days. π
Just for the excitement I have a motion detector that shines a red light in the loo so I don't need a light.
I use a children's night life!
I hope you mean light ππππ
OMG!!!!ππππππ
So that's known as the "red light district"...π± π

Some years ago we went to a science meeting in Njimegen. Like many places in the Netherlands it has an official red light district. We walked to most of the evening events and on the final evening it was through a park where the Ladies had windows overlooking the path where they posed. The meeting, mainly men of course, had been told where we were going. But we arrived at the dinner and several asked where it was ... Scientists ,,,
