Been taking methotrexate for about 3months now but due to bad headaches a cold for over 2months and feet full of verrucas I have been told to come off of it hooray!
After I come back off of holiday in July I'm starting Leflumonide 10mg every other day I will give it a go but I must admit I'm quite happy jogging along on pred now at 7.5mg after over 5 years.
The only reason I'm giving it ago is that my CRP is always raised normal ESR though.

I think piglette will join you on the raised CRP - and not necessarily due to PMR. I was at about 7 or 8 when I tried methotrexate last year - like you, not for me, but I definitely wouldn't do it again at that level.
