I've been having problems with my wrists, hands, and fingers particulary about 0330 till 0600 in the morning. This simple little Mueller compression glove really helped. It seems to increase the blood flow to the hand and makes it less painful and swollen

03.30 to 06.00 is likely cytokines rush time. I know pre pred this was my AWFUL time, unable to stand, fearful thigh pain.
I wonder if you need to tweak your pred times to get it in your system before these hours.
I fail to see how anything ‘compression’ can increase blood flow. It MAY enhance venous return and therefore less oedema.
Hi. Can you get them off okay? In the winter i wear neoprene gloves for OA. They seem to help stopping cd and providing support. But getting them off can be a trial.
These gloves are fairly easy, but it hurts like the dickens getting them on and off when it's a bad day. Neoprene would be much more difficult than these. They are not much more than an "Ace" bandage. They really seem to help me
Thank you for the post of your gloves. I have the exact same problem with my hands. I will Definately check into the gloves. The only other thing that has helped me is wrapping my hands around my morning coffee cup!!!! I also wonder if they would help when I walk long distances. I will sure give them a try.
make sure they're not too tight such that the circulation is cut off. you want to be able to have full movement of your fingers. just need a little compression to keep blood flowing
