6 days ago OH decied to go for a run on the Buell - approx 50 miles to Parys Mountain old copper mine on Anglesey.

40mg end of June 2018 when PMR/GCA diagnosed and currenly tapering to10 when he'll see how he's feeling and probably stay on 10 for a while, he's 72.

I've been informed (with a slight degree of huff!) that it was about 130 miles round trip.

Good muscle workout considering all the bends on the A5.
