Last paragraph is interesting - just replace the noun “ psychiatrists” with “ doctors in general”.
Think that describes the tapering debacles we read about on here more times than we should.

just for a start. But google "doctors don't listen to patients" and see how many different links turn up.
Amazing that it finally takes 2 medics who have been there, done that, worn the T-shirt, to contradict the ‘theory of withdrawal’. No matter that hundreds of thousands have probably been singing from this same hymn sheet for years.
All too bl🙄dy familiar!
There preaching to the choir sister , as the saying goes.
Many of us could say , been there , done that , have at least two t-shirts.
Is doctors not listening and still doing what they feel like really still a big shocker these days?
Well not for any of us living with GCA/ PMR and trying to cope with the " New Normal"
😋😁😁 Thanks for the article x
I love that the researchers visited online forums where patients were helping each other. When it works it works. 😊
