Good morning everyone,I am trying to find the information on the DSNS tapering method. I started at the beginning of the week from a post I saw last week but having come to the end of the week now, I can't find the guidelines to carry on.I had just read enough to start me off, thinking I would come back to it when I had time . Now I'm stuck as I can't find it again. Could anyone tell me please?
Actually I have been feeling that 'Strange PMR feeling ' mentally and physically but that might be due to having had a stressful week last week.Which has coincided with tapering perhaps?
