OH, diagnosed PMR/GCA mid June and 7 next month, is really pleased with the painfree range of movementin neck and shoulders as it makes serious driving and biking so much more pleasant. Although he had a few years without a bike he's not a "born again biker" but a biker through and through ( a motor mechanic who didn't take his test in a car until he was 40).

He's slowly reducing the pred and now on 25mg daily. Yesterday was bright and sunny so he di a 100 mile round ride on his Buell Firebolt.

Great photo and story. So glad he is getting relief that allows him to ride.

My parents were bike enthusiasts, and every summer we went to the annual bike rally in Sturgis, South Dakota in the US (we lived in Saskatchewan, Canada). Been told nothing like the feeling of riding a motorcycle, wind in your face.

So cool.... good on him!!!!!
