Well no more bits have fell off. Stable at 8mg not reducing don’t feel the need to increase yet. Last day in HK high humidity hot as well. Must be a bit of Chinese Medicine? At least I know why I am sweating. Perfectly good reason too at present. High to Rugger and Primrose I hope you are well this photo is for you all to see there’s life during PMR. It’s not easy and I have done a lot in a short space of time but I will keep positive and hope the feel good factor lasts. This is the view from Victoria Peak. Parker doesn’t do heights but did this one. Views are stunning if deadly. Coming back down more so due to Typhoon damage. Australia tomorrow. Stay well if you can and those who are struggling are in my thoughts xx

Nice to see the view from Victoria Heights - it was shrouded in cloud when I was there!

We were lucky to miss the Typhoon so when the weather cleared it was just so nice.

Hi to you too - or should that be "high"?!

I'd be down on terra firma with Parker!

Were having no a trip round Sidney Harbour tomorrow so he’s gone off to do the reconnaissance see how long it will take to walk there. I don’t like boats but harbours are ok. We did that after the trip on the Peak Tram Went Aberdeen to see how the government have shifted the boat people in to high rise social housing to get more rich people with giant yachts in. The Chinese word for Aberdeen is Hong Kong. I could go on but ......🙄🙄🙄

Sydney harbour is great for getting around, so much to see and so many gorgeous beaches.
