10 days away in the Canaries. This is the view from our balcony. Pacing myself well, walk each evening after dinner. Tried to swim a few lengths in the pool😱, realised, a step too far, so won't do that again!! 🙄 Otherwise, a lovely holiday in the sun.🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Yes Sue, it was just a few days. Lovely though. Pathetically gripped by the really good TV at present. Like Trust ( amazing) and Bodyguard to name just 2. I’ve never known it so good. I’m having to write a note to self not to miss any. A blessing!

Love Bodyguard. Unfortunately we are going to miss the final episode on Sunday. Don’t want to know the ending before we get home on the 2nd October. As you say, there are a lot of good things on tv at the mo. Are you a ‘strictly ‘ fan.?
