PMR and Long Distance Travel

Well I didn’t up the Pred from 8 to 10 just in case as I was flying for 11.5 hours and I was ok. I am still ok but only walking around. Let’s hope I am not being too presumptuous. It’s is hard work in the heat but as you can see from my photo I do have the means to cool down and do nowt for long periods. 10 hr flight tomorrow overnight I hope it is as easy as the last one.

Well done for getting there, wherever it is. Are you having to fend for yourself or have you got someone with you to keep the pool ripple free and the view unobscured?

Parker is here to do the awkward stuff and hotel/airport and travel agent people turn up almost out of thin air to do organising stuff. We are in Kowloon looking at Hong Kong from me sunbed. You wouldn’t think Super Typhoon Mangkhut raged through here 50 hours ago. Except for all the damage that is.
