Thank you to all your replies. I have written to my Doctor today to ask his view on low dose steroids and my mood disorder. So am waiting on his response to decide.

Is that your GP or your Specialist? Also a good Pharmacist can be very helpful.

Different scenario ~ l used to work in Admin in Department of Psychiatry & the Doctors were always very good when patients were prescribed other Meds ie for Allergies/Hay Fever because of the sedating affect, the risks/issues with Pregnancy & Medication also maintaining drug therapy alongside Chemotherapy.

I do hope you get some answers soon.

Can I just ask why you didn't include Actemra/tocilizumab in your query?
