Oops
Think you did too much don't you? We all do it so don't beat yourself up, rest now until the fatigue goes - you'll be okay. xx
I know. But needs must. I feel a bit better now. But off to the airport to pick daughter up at 2.00am. Had a sleep today and another right now. No rest for the wicked. 😣x
I've some need to talk, I do the same. That's good you're feeling better, just in time for the off again by the sounds of it, as you say no rest for the wicked but we wouldn't change things would we? Being able to get a nap is good especially in this weather, you must have been exhausted. Have a safe journey tonight, you're a good mum. x
You can edit your own posts, you know. If you want to correct a typo just click on the box saying "more" on your post and it gives you an edit option.
And the deathly fatigue, just give in to it. You can't fight through it. Rest and a little refreshment. Glad no pain, though. This is a step in the right direction!
I had a feelin....
Take it easy Morrison, you have been really busy and probably did not realise at the time that PMR will pay you back afterwards.l hope that you recover soon xx.
I can relate to you re fatigue. I was diagnosed with PMR in Nov 2020. I'm on 17.5mg of pred at the moment and reducing by 2.5mg per month. Thankfully I have no pain since I started taking pred but I now feel so tired during the day and find it's an effort to do any little thing, although I do potter around and excerise a little most days. I also find I "feel" that I want to do more physical activity but just feel to tired to do much. That's my input which doesn't help you but I thought I would share it with so you know you are not alone with your condition. As I have only recently been diagnosed with PMR I'm still learning from the longer term sufferers in the forum.
Did you notice this thread is 3 years old?
Hi PMR pro. No I didn't until you pointed it out. I think my power of observation is being affected by my medication, anyway that's my excuse 🙂. I'll try and be a bit more observant in future..
