As my dear old Gran used to say; mainly when she had a glass of milk stout in her hand.;-)

When I could eventually eat solid foods I had cravings for parsnips, carrots raspberries, broccoli, porridge oats and dark chocolate. I'm still eating them with relish.

I'm sure these foods are helping me.

Interesting as a friend who is a macro biotic cooking specialist suggested that I have more yang foods to combat inflammation in my foot ( which I must say is looking a lot better after only 2 weeks, and I'm not being fastidious about it). Anyway, root veges except for potatoes, broccoli & porridge oats are all part of this diet. I have been wondering if this diet might help PMR & will report back after I tried it for a bit longer

Wow, that’s something I’ve never heard of - had to google it. Sounds interesting. Certainly worth a try. Let us know if it helps long term. I’m useless at sticking to diets.😏
