Pred feet!

From one extremity to the other!;-)

On coming back from my treks while on high doses of prednisolone I would notice that my feet were bright red and slightly sore. I didn't twig that this thinning of the skin with the pred would affect the feet but it did.

On the plus side I have not had any hard skin on my heels, my feet are so soft at the moment.

Not that I would recommend taking pred for hard and cracked heels but it works, well it does for me!!

Anyone else had similar?

Do you mean the soles? I had reddened and sore soles - but it was more likely the PMR than pred because I'm sure it happened pre-pred too. I felt as if someone had sandpapered my feet - to go with the sensation of walking on a mix of sharp pebbles and broken glass! Pred hasn't sorted hard skin though!

Sorry, yes I did mean the soles of my feet. They just felt hot.
