How to edit a post

I have just posted a question but now realise I should have made an additional comment - but don't know how to do this. Any advice please?

All I wanted to add is that I had an MRI scan of the head following the GCA diagnosis and nothing unusual/worrying showed up. And at least it proved I have actually got a brain 😀

Although you are struggling with dizziness you seem to be doing a bit better. I am sure others with GCA will have some experiences. I had to learn to edit because my phone's predictive text keeps swearing. 😂
