LOL... That's a live threat !! Be careful what you eat !! Happy birthday to you... your input here has been very professional and much appreciated by all of us. Nothing better than reassurance when the chips are down..
I was just considering the UK weather forecast - and think I have a better bargain having missed my UK trip! Should have been arriving in Edinburgh tomorrow - will miss an evening at the Fringe but not the weather I suspect!
Think you may be right. Even looking at projected forecast seems dull weather is set to continue longer term. It's been more like early Autumn weather since start of school holidays here. Really feel for teachers, children and parents who were sweltering in classrooms late May - July! Such a shame for them.
Pity you are missing your trip here PMRpro. ln typical Edinburgh fashion it is a lovely sunny morning today after a drizzly night for the opening of the Festival! Who knows what the weather will bring but even us locals enjoy the fun of the Fringe and everything else going on. Not sure I'd swop the drizzle for the sweltering temperatures in parts of Europe - there's always got to be a positive side to life.
When I trog into the Fringe it is with a local - my daughter lives in Rosyth, hence the visit north. If we ever return to the UK I suspect it might well be to the Edinburgh area.
Happy Birthday from wet Warwickshire, the lightning is flashing, the thunder is crashing and it is persisting it down. Thank you for all your wise words for us all. Hope you have a really good day you deserve it.
