I can only say, sadly yet again, how sorry I am for the attack on your innocent citizens
And I also, have to say , from me personally here in America, I and all of my friends and family are appalled by recent communications in our name.
The way things were handled, and are being handled I am sure bring you great pride,
If I was there I would be honored to put my arm around your shoulders and stand with you against the evil and cowardly actions of these few individuals, that wish to disrupt humanity.
I am not sure if this will be allowed to be posted, maybe too political, but just cant not try , as I woman, as an American, as a citizen of the world .

I follow the news in the UK (and globally) and sometimes wonder if the world is going completely mad. I know we all have different political / religious views and ideologies, but some of the recent, arbitrary acts of violence in the UK and mainland Europe (and elsewhere in the world) are truly shocking.
As you say, best not to get into heavy discussions here, only to say how gratifying it is to see human beings helping and supporting each other in a crisis - and especially the first responders / bystanders of all nationalities and faiths - coming together in adversity. 'Out of the darkness comes light..' etc?
Thank you, My son in law is a forensic officer, and is at the Lab now waiting for more " stuff" to come in, He caught the 6am train to London this morning , so it looks like he's in for a long night, he's been very busy recently.
And as Celtic said "thank God for our emergency services.
Hear hear bowler... amongst, if not the best in the world - and so under-paid / appreciated by many who can't imagine what they have to deal with from day to day.
Thank you for your kind words. As I said following last attack, we will not be cowed by anyone! Nor will we lose our sense of humour or our Englishness!
Ditto. The emergency services and response from U.K. Government was amazing and something to be proud of during these difficult and frightening times. Our hearts and prayers in America are with all you.
Well said Gina. I have nothing but admiration for the security and emergency response services in England. It's so terribly sad that these services have become key elements of so many countries.
Thank you for the kind words Gina. I live in Manchester, so if that wasn't bad enough we have London to contend with again. The thing is to stand together and not be defeated by the few, and to be grateful for our wonderful first responders and communities coming together.
