I have to log in with email address and password now every time I read the posts. Does everyone have to do this now - never used to do this - any ideas ?

Yes, I've just posted about this but now I can't see replies either.

I've just reported your post - so they may see it and investigate. But from previous experiences - I wouldn't hold my breath! I looked at the Help bit at the top of the page - no help at all to me!!!!

Not many help functions are!

Sorry will be told off for being old and cynical - again!

Another t-shirt I seem to have acquired.

Thanks so much. I just got an e-mail asking certain details but these are above my technical abilities to provide so I'll have to try to provide them in an e-mail. Or perhaps wait till someone comes back from holiday!

I find I have to do it more on my main PC, and I thought that was because I don't use it as much as my iPad, and it was a 'time' thing.

It certainly shouldn't be happening regularly. Hope you get it sorted soon. Have to say, it's not the most user friendly at the best of times!

Hi Wenben, I am having the same trouble. Getting fed up with it. Wish that HQ would give the reason for it and correct it. Not what is for(helping each other is) but is this what I pay for and donate? John. Sorry ,but I am a bit under the weather at the moment!

We had a similar problem on the patient.info site last week - and we had to wait all week! The moderator had been on holiday! I mean - how very dare he??? However - within hours of him being back - sorted!

Almost beginning to wish it hadn't been now ;-)

I don't have a problem on iPad but have to log in all the time on my laptop, Even in the middle of reading the posts. Btw I have big problems with this site from my office where we answer macular problems as some of you do on here.

When I try logging on with my Apple Mac it says wrong password, so I change it. I do it carefully, but it still says "wrong"! However, on my iPad I have no problems: no password change, no issue logging on.

I asked for a daily summary of posts which gets sent to my e-mail address, then I just have to click on log in.
