Hi- Please can you reassure me. I am on Pred 3.5, have PMR and getting on OK.

I just realised I have not taken my Pred this morning and I am was 10 hours yet. I felt really tired until I realised why. I panicked and just took my morning dose of 3.5mg but it is now late afternnoon!

Can anyone tell me - do I take my next dose of 3.5mg as usual tomorrow morning in 14 hours time?

Much appreciated

Cassie

Most of us have done this at some time. I went straight back to normal next day
