Dolo cold and dolo 650

I had cold.By miss I took dolo 650 instead of dolo cold and now I haven't recovered. So can I take dolo cold now. (1st tablet taken at 1:00pm ) can I take the second tablet within 4 hrs

I think you are on the wrong forum, Sumukh. This one is for PMR or GCA patients.

Paracetamol (what we call dolo 650) is the same whatever you get it in - if you haven't felt better with one you aren't going to feel better with another. It is all marketing. The only difference is caffeine and something to stop your nose running.

But this isn't really a forum for asking that sort of question.
