Come along and see if you like us and we are for you - your first meeting is free of charge, just in case you do not think we are for you. You do not need to come alone, a family member, carer, friend are welcome as well. If you to decide you like us, you join as a member, however your family member, carer or friend does not have to join, your membership covers them also.

We knew that people do not like to come along by themselves, particularly when it is there first time and are unsure of a friendly welcome. We also knew that people need to feel secure and are unable to go to any meeting without support and sometimes physical help.
