No daily digests

I seem to have dropped off the daily digest list; have received nothing for three days. I've done what's recommended on the site, checking my e-mail address etc. but still nothing. Nothing in spam either. Help!

Hi Maria,

Ditto! However have received three this morning inc yours, so must have been glitch in system. Although I did usual things - like logging off and on again, revisiting my account and unticking then reticking boxes and saving - maybe unnecessarily, who knows!

If you receive this then please respond and we'll know all's ok again.

Thanks Dorset Lady; all seems to be back to normal now. I did the same as you but perhaps it was as you say simply a glitch in the system. Made me realise how much I would miss this forum if it weren't there!

My routine too! No, not sad, It's just like hearing from a number of friends and stops this illness from isolating us.

Same here, Maria! I couldn't get into the site at all for a few days. I got in touch with HU and a very helpful lady emailed back and finally got me reinstated. However, I have emailed again as I'm not receiving the usual notifications of posts into my inbox, in spite of, like you, checking that all the appropriate boxes on my account page are ticked. I can only suggest that you, too, contact HU - just click on 'Help' at the top of this screen, then email them with your query.

Yes, here, too, Maria. I've received a really helpful reply from one of the HU administrators, saying they did have a problem and engineers were working on it. Seems like they've been successful.
