I have come across 2 articles, How to control inflammation with your brain, by Dr Shawna Darou. Hacking the nervous system by Gaia Vince. Both interesting, read them.

Both very interesting on the role of the Vagus nerve. I was particularly interested in the first article which links Eastern and Western medecine

This article was very interesting and made a lot of sense. I meditate already, and have done for a long time, and while it doesn't remove the symptoms of PMR, it seems to help with the stress of it AND helps to curb the desire to fight it, and the frustration of a 'reduced' life. Something like : 'Acceptance rather than resignation' [most of the time !]

I've had it for the past two and a half years and have only just found this forum.
