Hi just wondered if there is any support groups in Staffordshire is Cannock rugeley stafford Lichfield I'm 44 with pmr feeling very lonely could do with something to keep my mind active good listener used to be a hairdresser/ beautician missing communication with people had to give up work as had other health problems before pmr would love to do something with my time

Derug, there isn't a group in the Staffordshire area at the moment. I believe the nearest group to you would be in Shropshire. If you click on the following link you will find an up-to-date list of all support groups, including the one in Shropshire, together with contact details, but keep checking as new groups are springing up all the time.

I live in Shropshire our next meeting think it's April , but phone Cath she will put you right ,

Rugby and Shropshire are about the same distance - about 50 min to an hour by car.

Take a friend - there's no rule you must both have PMR. My husband went round the charity shops looking for books - but he was only there because we'd just arrived from France that morning! He didn't decline coming to lunch with us though!!!!!!
