constant tingling in pelvic region

Female/ 26 years old

For almost 5 years now, I have been feeling a tingling sensation in my pelvic are. This in turn also makes my legs and feet/toes tingle at the same time. It feels like when a body part falls as asleep, but much lighter. The sensations are most prominent when laying down, especially when im trying to sleep. It doesn't hurt, fortunately, but it is really annoying as it is causing me to "be aware" of my pelvic all the time.

Anybody knows what might be causing this? And how to fix it?

It sounds like peripheral nerve Pain. Have you been tested for multiple sclerosis?

A trial of low dose Amytriptyline might help if taken at bedtime. Keep us posted

Hi! No I have not gotten tested for that. Who can I go to for the test? Also I don’t have any ‘pain’ unless tingling and numbness is classified as pain

But nothing hurts

You need to see a neurologist. I’d make sure that the doctor rules out Guillain Barre syndrome as well. It can be treated.

Ahh I see. I googled symptoms and they seem a bit more extreme than what I’m experiencing. Unless based on my post you think it could be a possibility. I will definitely bring this up with the doctor.
