Pudendal neuralgia support group in Hertfordshire?

Hi, I’m a 51 year old woman, diagonised with pudendal neuralgia recently. The pain and effects of it on all aspects of life have been a great shock. However, I want to be positive and hopeful! Is there anyone in St Albans/ Hertfordshire area willing to chat or form a support group? Thanks so much

Hi, I just noticed your post. I don't have pudendal neuralgia, but have hypertonic pelvic floor muscles and pain as a result. I think sometimes (but not always) there is similarity between the 2 conditions. My issues started about 7 years ago, so a long story, but has got better at times and worse again at other times. I'm in Chingford, so a bit closer than the USA!
