Hi, I was prescribed this a few years ago for oab after I had exhausted all the other meds out there. At first it was wonderful , did exactly what it said , but then the side effects started to creep in and it stopped working. You can check all the side effects on the packet but mine were dry mouth, itching, constipation and finally insomnia. I started having bladder Botox but had a bad reaction to it last time so my GP suggested I try one of the meds I had used previously as there was some Botox inside me and together it was worth a try. We chose betmiga, another name for same meds, and again it worked well at first but the same side effects have returned. Insomnia is taking its toll on me so I will be requesting a different pill until my next appointment for Botox. Good luck with it, maybe it will suit you.
