Hi all,

I have been having a bad few days feeling sorry for myself and in pain, then I read a post from someone just diagnosed with PN and frightened of losing their job.

I was a mental health nurse and lost my job in August last year, I feel lost without it I have always worked. I am coming to terms with it now. So this morning I stopped crying and decided to try and help fellow sufferers with some things that have helped me.

This doughnut cushion helped me to sit in work, I cant drive without it, it's from Amazon, here's the link,

amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0087G....

This site has some information on PN and PCFN.{I think that's the abbreviation!

Website getselfhelp.co.uk has many self help CBT booklets and one is chronic pain and fatigue which is good, there are many CBT self help guides for managing pain on the web some good workbooks to help you through.

I know a lot of you already know about these but for you the newly diagnosed, I hope this helps a little.
