When i get out of bed in the morning I have difficulty walking and lifting my feet off the floor. After approx 2 hours it gets better.

How was this established ? did you have a laparoscopy or was this eeen on a scan ?

If surgery is required this would usually be done by a general surgeon. Interested to know what the gynaecologist suggests. How old are you because some procedures can affect whether you would be able to deliver a child ?

I would find as much as you can about what is proposed. Sounds like you're doing pretty well to me.
