Please can you complete this questionnaire to help us understand the impact of Covid-19 on people with PCD. The study is open to anyone with PCD around the world. The more information we can provide the better ... so pleased don't assume that other people will complete. PCD is a raredisease ... we need as many people as possible to complete the survey.
