Okay, next question- does anyone have a travel nebuliser that they are happy with and would recommend? (for 6 year old, saline only at this point).

I have a Pari Mini Nebuliser, bought from Evergreen for £89, and it has been fine. Very small, so easy to pack, very quiet to run, probably takes a little longer than my toaster sized NHS one because its less powerful, but I take it on holiday and can recommend.
We borrow a travel nebuliser from the Royal Brompton Hospital when we go on holiday. It's very compact and comes with a battery or runs off of the mains. Not quite as powerful as home nebuliser but does the trick!
