Do I need to be concerned?

I am a 75 year old female in very good health. About 2 years ago, I started having itching on my right hip for no reason. Sometimes also on the bottom of my right palm . Nothing too intense, but odd for no reason. My blood tests always showed high HDL. My recent one is 98. I thought this was a good thing, but now I am worried that this is a sign of a liver problem. My ALT is 19 and ALP is 98 which is listed as in normal range on my chart. I am waiting to hear from my doctor about the test results, but she may not remember my comment about itching. I didn't make a big deal of it. If my results are in the normal range, could this still be a PBC indicator? Do ALT and ALP need to be higher to show PBC?

Itching isn't an indicator on it's own. I wish my numbers were as good as yours!
