Reminder to enroll in CoRDS Patient Registry by the end on the month

Just a reminder:

As part of PBC Awareness month the PBCers Organization is offering an incentive to those who enroll in the Patient Registry with CoRDS during the month of September 2021. Everyone enrolling this month will be placed in a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. CoRDS will randomly draw 2 winners.
