There is a current clinical trial web site ClinicalTrial.gov PBC Study # NCT01473524 Protocol 747-301 trial is by Intercept Pharmaceuticals they are recruting in north america and europe. this new drug is used in addition to Urso and you are only elegible if the Amino Acid level is over 250 which I am not which stinks I guess my nubers will have to go up before I will be elegible. Check them out

Here's a website that lists all of the clinical trials presently going on. You can sign-up, it's free, to be notified of any clinical trails that you're interested in. Seems like a reputable site.
