Yes Help with Itching

I get the itching especially on my back, head and arms. Is this the same for everyone else. I could do with some advise about this too please.

Talk to the PBC Foundation (Edinburgh) in order to receive the Compendium about PBC, which has, among many other useful and interesting information, quite a few tips related to the itch, give it a try - and do talk to the PBCF generaly, they can be of great help with whatever issues you have, PBC related.

That itch in the middle of your back between your shoulder blades is awful. it seems to know you just cant get there to scratch it. I have a back scratcher at home which works but its no use when I am driving or shopping.
