There will be no Q&A this coming week. Instead, we have the re-arranged special self-care workshop with guest host Ange Cameron coming up on Thursday 06 February: Navigating Challenges with Energy and Focus. This will take place at 2pm UK time for one hour.
This will be a more structured session and will focus on navigating challenges, incorporating mindfulness practices and energy management techniques with the opportunity for interaction and participant questions.
