hi everybody, in April I started second line therapy as my alp wasn’t comeing down enough with urso, in march my alp was 465 October went down too 292 I then had my dose upped too the maximum 10mg just had my bloods come back today and alp 281!!! So dishearten it hasn’t come down more!!!! On a good note ggt come down from 234 to 93

I know how hard it is to be patient. Just keep in mind that your number is going in the right direction. I imagine you are having your labs drawn every 3-6 months. Let us know how your next blood draw goes for you. It sounds like you've only been on the increased dose for over a month.

New drug is now on the market called Seladelpar for a second line therapy. It has been shown to be very effective for bringing numbers down as well as help the itch for those who have it. You might want to talk to your doctor about this. If you Google 'seladelpar' there are articles from The New England Journal of Medicine as well as The Mayt Clinic on it.
