High Ana speckled pattern 1:640

I went to my local health dep. and paid for 2 tests out of pocket. One was for the Ana w/reflex titer and the other was for a Alp isoenzyme. I’m supposed to go see the liver dr. in Dec. and get a fibroscan done. And in the mean time he wanted me to get some tests done by Sep. My finger was fractured June 1st and my alp was high the last 2 times I had bloodwork done and the high alp could’ve been because of that. So, I wanted to see if it were high again what percentage of that was bone and liver. It was just slightly over this time at 131 reference range 40-120. To break it down the alp bone was 46 ref. range 0-55 and 85 for liver ref range 0-94, so both seem to be in their range. Is there any association between high Ana and PBC or as I’m thinking it’s probably something else entirely. About 8 years ago I tested positive for Ama-m2 and had an enlarged liver and all that. My Ana at that time was negative. The biopsy was negative for PBC and my alp was high once or twice and that was probably due to my hyperparathyroid. I had other elevated liver enzymes at the time and the biopsy showed mild fatty liver. My AST is currently elevated and probably always has been. Is it time to see a Rheumotologist perhaps. I dropped off my results at my primary Dr. and so far I haven’t heard anything back. It’s sad to say but I’m beginning to think I’m better at doctoring than my dr. I had to go around him to get my hyperparathyroid diagnosis too.
